Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs – Victoria Makeup & Beauty
How do I schedule a session?
Head to the Contact section in the menu and fill out the form. I’ll review your details and check availability. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send a contract. After it’s signed, you’ll receive an invoice to pay a 50% deposit.
Do you work with different skin types and tones?
Yes! I personalize every look using products suited for all skin tones and types—whether you have mature, acne-prone, oily, dry, or sensitive skin.
How long does traditional makeup last?
With proper skincare, it typically lasts 6–10 hours. Longevity depends on skin type, weather, and activity. If you have oily skin, I recommend keeping blotting powder on hand for touch-ups.
What is airbrush makeup and how long does it last?
Airbrush uses ultra-fine pigments applied by spray, offering 24-hour wear, a natural finish, and water/sweat resistance. Ideal for long events and flawless photos.
What brands do you use?
I use high-quality, pro-grade brands like Charlotte Tilbury, YSL, Patrick Ta, Patrick Star, Danesa Myricks, Hours Glass, Rare Beauty, NARS, MAC, Huda Beauty, Makeup by Mario, Inglot, Laura Mercier, Temptu, and many more.
Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
Absolutely. Everyone is welcome and celebrated at Victoria Makeup & Beauty.
Why is bridal makeup priced higher?
Bridal makeup involves advanced techniques, detailed prep, photo-friendly finishes, personalized support, and extra time for planning and communication. It’s all about making you look perfect from every angle—all day long.
How do you sanitize your kit?
I use Cinema Secrets for brush disinfection and 70% isopropyl alcohol for sanitizing tools, surfaces, and products. Disposable applicators are used for mascara and lip products to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Should I tip?
Tips are not required but always appreciated!
