This makeup technique consists of sticking small patches on specific areas of the face and joining them with threads, taking them to the highest point of your head and joining them side by side, to create an immediate face lift. For this technique a special glue is used.

This technique is recommended for people who would like to temporarily correct facial flaccidity and want to look younger. The technique is painless and non-surgical.

It is a Brazilian technique, the objective is to achieve a very long-lasting makeup, super covering, resistant to water, sweat and friction. In other words, it is indestructible and will prevent unwanted stains. Similar to airbrush makeup except this one is smudge proof with much higher coverage.

It is not recommended for clients with many wrinkles or expression lines, since it is a very high coverage and this can make the expression lines even more noticeable.

ADDITIONAL FEES 

ADDITIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST

An additional makeup artist is required for weddings or events that exceed more than 6 services. An additional artist is also necessary for weddings or events with prep times of 3 hours or less when more than 4 services are booked.

TRAVEL FEE

A travel fee is included when the artist provides makeup services at a location other than the studio. For contracts with two services or less, within a 20 mile radius of the Victoria Makeup & Beauty location, a flat rate of $15.00 and an additional charge of $0.75 per additional mile, round trip, is applied. For contracts of three services and greater, the flat rate is reduced to $10.00 for the 20 mile radius, and an additional charge of $0.50 per additional mile, round trip. In instances when a venue changes between when the contract is signed and the day of services, the travel fee will be recalculated by Victoria Makeup and Beauty and assessed with the balance.

MORNING FEE

An early morning rate applies with a cost of $50.00 per hour before 7:00 am. This is a flat rate fee per artist.

TOUCH UPS

Stay for touch up $75.00/hourly.

Touch-up service starts as soon as regularly scheduled services are complete and continues for as long as the bride needs.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Traveling more than 100 miles one-way, may require the client to provide hotel accommodations for the make-up artist. Please inquire for details on overnight travel.

BOOKING DETAILS

MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE IS REQUIRED FOR FULL MAKEUP, FOR EVENTS S IN THE HIGH SEASON MONTHS (APRIL-NOVEMBER) FROM SATURDAY TO SUNDAY.

BOOKING AND RETAINER FOR SMALL EVENT OR INDIVIDUAL SESSION

To book an appointment that includes 1 to 3 services a signed contract and in full payment must be made at the time of reservation. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, zelle or Venmo *Square option + 5% processing fee. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

Please note: until we receive the payment and contract, your date will still remain open to other inquiries.

CANCELATION POLICY INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

At Victoria Makeup and Beauty, we understand that things happen and we look forward to working with you. In case you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, I ask that you contact me as soon as possible. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments, if they notify Victoria Makeup and Beauty at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. In the case of cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be granted. Cancellations made before 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Clients who wish to reschedule their reservation can do so within the following (90) days, depending on the availability of Victoria. If an appointment is not scheduled within (90) days, payment will be forfeited

Events of 2 to 3 services count as small. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, I ask that you contact me as soon as possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments, if they notify Victoria Makeup and Beauty at least (15)days in advance of the appointment. In the case of cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be granted. Cancellations made before (15)days will receive a 50% refund. Clients who wish to reschedule their reservation can do so within the following (90) days, depending on the availability of Victoria, all clients who wish to reschedule will have the due preference when rescheduling If an appointment is not scheduled within (90) days, payment will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COVID-19 SMALL EVENT OR INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS.

In the event that you have to reschedule your event due to the closure of social gatherings by state order, your payment may be transferred to another date. Clients who wish to reschedule their reservation, can do so according to Victoria’s availability; All customers who wish to reschedule will have due preference when rescheduling. If you do not want to reschedule your appointment you will get a 50% refund.

BOOKINGS AND RETAINER FOR BIG EVENTS

Events of 4 services count as large. To secure a date, a signed contract and an advance payment totaling no less than 50% of the confirmed services. This advance payment is not refundable or transferable to another party. These funds will be applied to the total balance of the services contracted by the client. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the event and will be due on the day of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LARGE EVENTS

Events of 4 services count as large. If an event is canceled or rescheduled for any other reason, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days in advance of the date reserved by the client. The client is responsible for paying any remaining balance for the contracted services in case of cancellation less than (30) days before the date of the event. If any client cancels or misses their appointment on the day of the event, they will not receive a refund or the opportunity to reschedule. If any of the client’s wishes to cancel their appointment 20 days before the event, they will have the option to reschedule their appointment for another date within the next (90) days, depending on the availability of Victoria, all clients who wish to reschedule will have the due preference when rescheduling. If an appointment is not scheduled within (90) days, payment will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COVID-19 FOR LARGE EVENTS

In the event that you have to reschedule your wedding due to state order closings of social gatherings, your deposit may be transferred or refunded. If you are rescheduling your date and Victoria is available on the new date, the deposit will carry over to the rescheduled date. If Victoria is not available on the new date, the deposit will be refunded in full. This change must be made within thirty (30) days of the original date. Changes made less than thirty (30) days prior to the date will result in the loss of the retainer.
